BRANCH MANAGER - DIESEL MECHANIC (STEELPOORT)

SUMMARY:
This position offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing workshop operation with a focus on revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial performance, team leadership, and operational output of the branch.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• N2 with trade-related subjects or at least 5 years of post-trade experience.
• Recognised Trade Test Certificate – Diesel Mechanic essential.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a workshop/branch management role.
• Strong technical knowledge of mining equipment and motor engineering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and workshop planning software (e.g. Autoplan).
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Sales experience and customer service orientation.
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Steelpoort area.
