Summary Of Role

As a Product Designer at Accenture, you will lead multidisciplinary initiatives that align user needs, business goals, and technological possibilities. Your role goes beyond UX and UI execution, encompassing product strategy, scalable design practices, and AI-driven innovation. You will play a pivotal part in guiding design teams, shaping strong client relationships, and positioning design as a catalyst for measurable business outcomes. The role demands foresight to create sustainable, tangible solutions that can be tested, validated, and seamlessly embedded into people’s daily lives, ensuring both immediate impact and long-term value.

Responsibilities

Lead design workstreams and ensure high-quality outputs across UX, UI, and interaction design

Translate insights into user stories, flows, and tangible design deliverables

Present design decisions clearly, using storytelling to influence stakeholders

Apply and evolve design systems to ensure accessibility, consistency, and scalability

Mentor junior designers on craft, process, and stakeholder engagement

Activities

As a Product Designer, you will be hands-on in shaping and delivering user-centred digital products. Your activities will span research, design, collaboration, delivery, and continuous evolution of products.

6+ years in UX, UI, and product design, ideally in consultancy or digital product environments.

Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, or a related field.

Proven ability to lead teams, scale systematic design practices, and embed efficient workflows.

Strong expertise in Figma, prototyping software, and the MS Office suite, with knowledge of AI-assisted design technologies.

Comprehensive understanding of branding, marketing, data, social media, business analysis, and development.

Strong portfolio demonstrating both craft-level design and systems-level thinking.

Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.

Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain organisational efficiency.

Empathetic, collaborative, proactive, and positive mindset, with a willingness to be challenged and continuously grow.
