Job Description
The role supports the IT Governance function (2nd Line of Defense) covering DIRECT/ENABLE/CONTROL within Identity & Access Management. This includes policies and regulations, artefacts, processes and architecture, digitalisation and AI, data and performance, risk and compliance management, DevOps SAP GRC and IRMA, communication, awareness and training. Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications on theServiceNow platform.
- Review and streamline existing code,including APIs and interfaces.
- Migrate custom code into theServiceNow standard framework.
- Design, develop and implement newfeatures and functionality.
- Support ServiceNow customers withtheir service structures.
- Create and maintain documentation,including user guides, guidelines and operations manuals.
- Expertise in JSON, Java andJavaScript.
- Experience in ServiceNow-based customapplication development or similar platforms.
- Experience in Enterprise Risk &Compliance and Integrated Risk Management.
- Experience with the Common ServiceData Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Experience integrating REST APIs, NOWAPI and SAP systems.
- Experience with UI Builder, ServicePortal Designer, Themes and Widgets.
- Experience integrating complexbusiness information and technical requirements.
- Knowledge of technical governance andstreamlining existing solutions.
- Experience with ITIL® V4 Foundation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to conceptualise complexinformation while managing detailed technical requirements.
- Scaled Agile SAFe Certification.
- ITIL V4 post-Foundation Certification(e.g. Create, Deliver and Support - CDS).
- ServiceNow Certified ImplementationSpecialist - Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC).
- ServiceNow Certified ImplementationSpecialist - Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- SAP experience with OData andReporting.
- SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere andPower BI experience.
- German language skills.
- Excellent communication andstakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong interpersonal andintercultural understanding.
- Ability to work under pressure andremain resilient.
- Self-motivated with the ability tolearn independently.
- Proactive approach to processimprovement.
- Flexible team player willing tosupport different tasks within the team.
- Strong knowledge-sharing mindset.
- Any additional responsibilitiesassigned within the Agile Working Model (AWM).
- Fluent English communication skills,including business reading and writing.
- Information Technology qualificationor relevant degree.
- ServiceNow Certified SystemAdministrator.
- ServiceNow Certified ApplicationDeveloper.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience,specifically within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience working in internationalteams and environments.
- Strong team-player mindset.
