Minimum Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business 5 years’ experience in B2B key account management or sales (Retail/FMCG) Strong background in using data and Excel to create and implement strategy Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team Valid driver’s license Willingness to travel and work flexible across the Gauteng region CRM experience (Skynamo) Duties and Responsibilities: You’ll report to the National Sales Manager, manage a team of 3 to 5 direct reports, and split your week between office-based planning and field-based client engagement. Analyse sales and customer data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned to budgets and commercial targets Work closely with key retail accounts to drive volume and profitability Support the execution of national promotions, product launches, and merchandising plans Guide and support your team in meeting performance targets and strategic goals Deliver business reviews, performance forecasts, and client proposals Maintain CRM data and ensure accurate tracking of sales activity and pipeline Lead client-facing initiatives such as training, trade shows, and customer events Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure full delivery on account expectations Please do not apply using Scanned CVs, no supporting documentation is required at this point, this will be requested later.
