Key Responsibilities / Hoofverantwoordelikhede
- Maintain regular communication with customers and staff to ensure high levels of engagement and service.
- Ensure staff deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the depot, including all associated costs.
- Drive sales turnover and achieve branch targets.
- Conduct product analysis and implement marketing strategies.
- Manage social media and physical marketing initiatives.
- Represent the company at shows, exhibitions, and events, promoting the brand effectively.
- Perform ongoing marketing and sales research and analysis to inform strategies.
- Oversee stock control and inventory management.
- Supervise satellite branches and coordinate operations across locations.
- Manage personal time, tasks, and priorities efficiently.
- Oversee the management of vehicles, equipment, and labour-saving devices.
- Onderhoud gereelde kommunikasie met kliënte en personeel om hoë vlakke van betrokkenheid en diens te verseker.
- Verseker dat personeel te alle tye uitstekende kliëntediens lewer.
- Monitor en bestuur die finansiële prestasie van die depot, insluitend alle verwante koste.
- Bevorder verkoopsomset en bereik takdoelwitte.
- Voer produkontledings uit en implementeer bemarkingstrategieë.
- Bestuur sosiale media- en fisiese bemarkingsinisiatiewe.
- Verteenwoordig die maatskappy by tentoonstellings, uitstallings en geleenthede, en bevorder die handelsmerk effektief.
- Voer deurlopende bemarking- en verkoopnavorsing en -ontleding uit om strategieë in te lig.
- Toesig oor voorraadbeheer en inventarisbestuur.
- Toesig oor satelliettakke en koördineer bedrywighede oor alle lokasies.
- Bestuur persoonlike tyd, take en prioriteite doeltreffend.
- Toesig oor bestuur van voertuie, toerusting en arbeidsbesparende toestelle.
Minimum Requirements / Minimum Vereistes
- Managerial/ supervision experience within a retail environment
- Must have retail sales experience 3+ years
- Strong sales background
- Must reside in Bloemfontein, and have vast knowledge of the demographics of Free State
- Computer literacy
- Knowledge of sales within industrial industries will be advantageous
- Technical mindset
- Knowledge and use with pumps and liquid storage systems
- Good physically health
- Valid Driver’s licence

- Moet minstens 3 jaar kleinhandelverkoopservaring hê
- Sterk verkoopsagtergrond
