Administrative Manager, Bloemfontein

Our client is seeking a skilled and organised Adminsitrative Manager in Bloemfontein with an Accounting qualification and proven experience to oversee administrative functions, support financial processes and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

Minimum requirements
Matric
Degree in Accounting with completed articles
35 years experience in financial reporting within a grain environment will be advantageous
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Knowledge of the operation and financial reporting of financial instruments will be advantageous
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Skills required

Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Duties and responsibilities
Perform financial analysis and prepare financial reports to support accurate financial information and decision-making
Manage internal and external audits by coordinating the required processes, information and documentation
Prepare and manage comprehensive financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
Manage the budgeting process and assist with the preparation, monitoring and control of budgets
Ensure accounting compliance by maintaining adherence to relevant accounting standards, policies and procedures
Manage compliance functions and ensure that relevant requirements, policies and procedures are consistently followed
Manage financial risks and contracts by monitoring requirements, identifying potential risks and ensuring contractual obligations are effectively managed
Remuneration
R 80 000 Cost to Company, depending on experience and knowledge
