Senior Produksiebestuurder – Sitrus
Babylonstoren is op soek na 'n dinamiese, ervare en resultaatgedrewe Senior Produksiebestuurder om leiding te neem oor ons sitrusproduksie en verwante boerderybedrywighede. Die suksesvolle kandidaat sal verantwoordelik wees vir die strategiese beplanning, bestuur en optimalisering van alle produksie-aktiwiteite om volhoubare groei, uitnemende gehalte en maksimum produktiwiteit te verseker.
Sleutelverantwoordelikhede
- Strategiese beplanning, bestuur en uitvoering van alle sitrusproduksie-aktiwiteite.
- Bestuur van alle fasette van boerdery, insluitend besproeiing, bemesting, gewasbeskerming, snoei en oesbeplanning.
- Monitering en optimalisering van produksie, kwaliteit en opbrengste volgens beste landboupraktyke.
- Effektiewe bestuur, ontwikkeling en motivering van produksiespanne.
- Beplanning en beheer van begrotings, hulpbronne en insetkoste.
- Verseker nakoming van voedselveiligheid-, gehalte-, arbeids- en gesondheids- en veiligheidsvereistes.
- Samewerking met tegniese adviseurs en ander bestuurslede om produksiedoelwitte te bereik.
- Implementering van nuwe tegnologieë en innoverende boerderypraktyke om doeltreffendheid te verbeter.
Minimum Vereistes
- 'n Tersiêre kwalifikasie in Landbou, Hortologie, Gewasproduksie of 'n verwante rigting.
- Minstens 5–10 jaar relevante ervaring in sitrusproduksie, waarvan minstens 5 jaar in 'n senior bestuursrol.
- Uitstekende kennis van moderne sitrusverbouing en boerderybestuur.
- Bewese ervaring in personeelbestuur, begrotingsbeheer en produksiebeplanning.
- Sterk leierskap-, kommunikasie- en probleemoplossingsvaardighede.
- Rekenaarvaardigheid en ervaring met landbou- en bestuursagteware sal voordelig wees.
- Geldige rybewys.
- Passie vir volhoubare landbou en voortdurende verbetering.
