- Provide world-class technical services by understanding customer-specific requirements and delivering tailored blasting solutions aligned with operational goals.
- Consult with internal business management teams to ensure accurate and reliable underground technical measurements that support customer objectives.
- Design and implement advanced underground blasting techniques, incorporating optimization strategies based on industry best practices to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Support internal stakeholders with expert advice on opencast blasting applications, maintaining deep product knowledge and awareness of updates, innovations, and relevant industry regulations.
- Deliver technical guidance on the appropriate use of explosive products across varying site conditions and project scopes to ensure safety, compliance, and performance.
- Differentiate the company’s offerings by collaborating directly with customers to understand their priorities, identify pain points, and co-create high-value, tailored solutions.
- Analyse competitor offerings to identify market gaps, and proactively develop value-added services and innovations that enhance customer outcomes and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Research & Development team to uphold product quality and assurance by defining quality criteria, supporting testing protocols, implementing control measures, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives
