Retail Store Manager: Lead Sales, Ops & Guest Experience

Pepkor Speciality in South Africa is seeking a Store Manager responsible for day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and effective running of the shop.
You will lead and motivate the sales team, implement store-specific strategies, and drive promotions while maintaining stock, housekeeping and customer service standards.
The role requires 3–5 years retail experience in a supervisory position, strong communication, planning, and a hands-on approach to inventory and VM.
