Researcher
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Analyse and challenge business requirements to ensure robust, scalable solutions.
- Produce high-quality functional specifications, user stories and technical documentation.
- Perform data mapping and integration analysis using tools such as Postman and SOAPUI.
- Validate integration endpoints and technical designs.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams throughout Agile sprints.
- Conduct functional testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Support deployment activities, release management and production readiness.
- Investigate, triage and manage defects through to resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business and client stakeholders.
- 10+ years' experience in Technical Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Software Development or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working on enterprise software solutions within Financial Services or FinTech.
- Proven experience with system integrations, APIs, data mapping and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Postman, SOAPUI or similar API testing tools.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor and support development teams.
- A structured, detail-oriented approach with a passion for delivering quality solutions.
- Working on innovative, enterprise-scale FinTech solutions.
