Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accuracy of financial information across key accounting areas, identifying issues and ensuring they are resolved effectively
- Take ownership of the organisation’s banking, receivables and payables activities, ensuring transactions are accurately reflected in the financial records
- Lead and develop the finance team, providing direction, coaching and opportunities for professional growth
- Deliver insightful financial reporting, analysis and board-level information to support management in understanding business unit performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders and auditors on financial matters while driving improvements that strengthen processes, consistency and efficiency
- Honours degree in Accounting / Finance
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
- 2 - 3 years' post-articles experience
- Experience within the medical, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is essential
- SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel experience
