The role involves thoroughly investigating customer concerns, escalating matters for decisions when necessary, and relaying outcomes to customers and third parties in a timely manner. The Client Care Advisor ensures that concerns and complaints are driven to resolution while consistently providing excellent service to enhance the customer experience with the company. Role Requirements Qualification: Grade 12 or Matric Work experience: 3 years or more experience in outbound call centre Experience in Insurance and Warranties would be advantageous Proficiency: Basic Computer Literacy Multilingual (English is essential) Skills and Traits: Professionalism Resilience Accountability Adaptability Attention to Detail Organisation & Prioritisation Reliability Initiative Growth-mindset
