Product Specialist - Lubricants

Our client, a well-established organization in the chemical and consumables industries, is seeking a dedicated Product Specialist to support business growth through expert product management, promotion, and customer engagement.
Duties:
Manage product portfolios, ensuring alignment with market needs and company standards
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote lubricants and related products
Support sales teams with technical expertise and product knowledge
Conduct customer relationship management to foster long-term partnerships
Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on product features and benefits
Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
National Certificate NQF Level 4 / Grade 12
Minimum of 5 years experience in a lubricants environment
Strong technical knowledge of lubricants and associated products
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability in product management, sales support, and marketing
Analytical mindset with negotiation skills
Familiarity with the following:
Chemical and consumables industries
