Call Centre Agent Sports Betting / iGaming
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Call Centre Agent with experience in sports betting or iGaming.
Key responsibilities:
Assist customers through live chat, email and telephone.
Resolve account, verification and technical queries.
Explain betting rules, odds and bet settlements.
Provide information on sports betting markets and casino products.
Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Build customer relationships and support retention.
Accurately capture and maintain customer information.
Meet service standards and team performance targets.
Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12.
Previous customer service experience in sports betting or iGaming.
Good knowledge of sports, betting markets and casino games.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using live chat and gaming platforms.
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
