Job Description:
- Develop and maintain MEP Revit models for building services projects
- Produce coordinated 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural teams to resolve clashes
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements
- Assist with project coordination throughout the design and documentation phases
- Update models based on design revisions and site feedback
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as an MEP Revit Modeller
- Proven experience on private, hotel, and high-rise residential building projects
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
- Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection
- Sound understanding of MEP building services and construction documentation
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Draughting
- Autodesk Revit certification will be advantageous
