ADMIN ASSISTANTS

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage cash sales, allocations, cash reconciliations, banking, and reporting.
Confirm payments with the bank and control the release of cash sales to ensure no unpaid goods are distributed.
Oversee receipts, invoices, PODs, trip sheets, and credit notes.
Always maintain excellent customer service, addressing account queries and related functions promptly.
Follow and uphold relevant SOPs for various functions within your area of responsibility.
Ensure housekeeping, security, and safety are in line with company standards.
Regularly communicate with customers regarding their account status and queries.
Maintain general filing and assist with management reports and related cost management functions.
Coordinate invoice release to ensure all customer deliveries and collections are completed efficiently.
Answer telephones in a friendly manner, taking and forwarding messages as necessary.
Maintain housekeeping standards in the administration and other relevant departments.
Participate in stock take processes, including preparation and physical counting of stock, and work overtime as needed to complete stock takes, which may extend into weekends.
