The main purpose of the position is to assist the Project Manager in the recruitment of participants and to provide a supportive role in research study-related tasks. The role participates in the design and administration of the data collection tools. Responsible for the efficient collection of accurate, complete and ethical data from study volunteers. Adherence to protocol and overall study objectives.
Technical Work Responsibilities
- Administrative duties.
- Report writing.
- Screen hospital admissions and identify eligible study participants.
- Recruitment, counselling and retention of volunteers.
- Data collection and electronic data capturing.

- Strategy recommendations based on process evaluation findings.
- Extract clinical and laboratory data from patient medical records.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely entry into study databases.
