VACANCY: PARTS SALES EXECUTIVE
Morgan Motor Group Kimberley is looking for a motivated, results-driven and customer-focused Parts Sales Executive to join our team.
We specialise in Renault, BAIC, BYD, Nissan and Jetour and are seeking an individual with proven parts sales experience, strong customer relationship skills and the ability to grow parts sales and develop new business opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 2 years' parts sales experience NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Valid driver's license.
Proven track record in parts sales and achieving sales targets.
Good product knowledge and the ability to identify and source the correct vehicle parts.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
Good computer literacy and administrative accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and work independently.
Willingness and availability to work weekends.
Advantageous
Previous parts sales experience with Renault, BAIC, BYD, Nissan or Jetour.
An established customer base and existing relationships with workshops, panel beaters, fleet operators, independent repairers and retail customers.
Experience using automotive parts catalogues, dealership management systems and electronic parts ordering platforms.
Knowledge of the Kimberley and surrounding markets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive parts sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop new business and grow the existing customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with workshops, panel beaters, fleet customers and retail clients.
Accurately quote, source and supply the correct parts to customers.
Follow up on quotations, outstanding orders and potential sales opportunities.
Conduct proactive sales calls and customer visits to generate additional business.
Manage customer enquiries, orders, returns and backorders efficiently.
Maintain accurate records, quotations and customer information.
Work closely with the parts department and workshop to ensure excellent service delivery.
Identify opportunities to increase parts sales and market share across all represented brands.
