Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals across multiple disciplines
- Drive the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions
- Oversee system performance, security, and infrastructure stability
- Implement best practices, processes, and governance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the IT function
- Manage escalations and provide technical guidance on complex issues
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the team
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience within an IT environment
- 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology projects
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud technologies, software development, and IT service management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead through change and drive business outcomes
