An established employer in Pretoria, Gauteng is looking for an Armed Response Officer to join the team.
Ongoing learning and skills development are encouraged. Work is performed to established standards and procedures. The team values reliability, integrity and a strong work ethic. Eligible candidates should ensure their applications reach us before the closing date.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patrols and report incidents accurately and on time
- Maintain a visible, professional and alert presence
- Complete occurrence books, registers and incident reports
- Provide access control and protect people, assets and premises
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and security breaches
Requirements
- Physical fitness and the ability to work shifts
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Sound judgement and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- A clear criminal record
- A valid driver’s licence (advantageous)
- PSIRA registration (Grade A–C)
Qualifications
Matric plus relevant security training
