Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Porter for our Pretoria location. The Porter will assist with guest luggage, manage deliveries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage and transportation needs.
- Manage and organize deliveries and store supplies.
- Provide information about the hotel and local area.
- Ensure that the lobby and entrance areas are clean and welcoming.
- Address guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy items.
- Reliable and professional with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
