- Electrical industry experience is essential
- Previous Storeman, Stores or Procurement experience
- Experience ordering materials and dealing with suppliers
- Basic administrative experience
- Computer literate with good Excel skills
- Xero experience advantageous
- Experience with safety documentation and certificates
- Previous hazardous environment experience advantageous
- Valid driver's licence
- Willing to travel extensively, including overnight stays
- Comfortable travelling with the Director to customer sites and meetings
Responsibilities
- Manage, receive and organise electrical stock and materials
- Order materials and liaise with suppliers
- Monitor stock levels and assist with procurement
- Allocate and record materials against job cards using the company's internal app
- Record unused materials for return to stock
- Maintain accurate stock records
- Safely maintain safety certificates and related documentation
- Assist with general administration and project-related material requirements
- Travel with the Director to customer sites and business meetings
