WE'RE HIRING: EXPORTS CONTROLLER Location: DurbanAn established company within the logistics and warehousing industry is seeking an experienced Exports Controller to join their Durban-based operations team.This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual with experience in export administration, freight coordination and customs documentation.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate export shipments from booking through to delivery Prepare and manage export documentation Liaise with customers, clearing agents and transport providers Coordinate road and sea freight shipments Process customs documentation and shipment releases Prepare packing lists, VGM declarations and warehouse documentation Process invoicing and customer reconciliations Monitor shipment progress and provide customer updates Ensure compliance with export legislation and company proceduresMinimum Requirements: Matric Previous experience in exports, freight forwarding or logistics Strong understanding of export documentation and customs procedures Computer literate Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressureSalary: Negotiable depending on experience To Apply: Send your CV.With the subject line: EXPORTS CONTROLLERPlease note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
