Performance & Succession Enablement Specialist

To enable effective organisational performance and leadership continuity by implementing and continuously improving performance management and succession planning frameworks, processes, and talent review practices. This role partners with business leaders and PBE Partners to provide data-driven talent insights, support succession readiness, and ensure consistent talent decisions that strengthen organisational capability and future leadership pipelines.
Core behavioural & Technical / proficiency competencies:
- Strong knowledge of performance management and succession planning, including framework design, governance, calibration and continuous improvement
- Data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyse trends and translate insights into practical recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and advise leaders effectively
- Demonstrates problem-solving and innovation, identifying opportunities to improve processes, tools and ways of working
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, building productive relationships and contributing to effective decision-making
- High levels of ownership, accountability and results orientation, with a focus on delivering commitments and achieving objectives
