You Bring

• 3-5 years’ experience in technical writing - Technical Copywriting, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Content Creation.
• Experience translating complex technical information into customer-friendly communication.
• Experience writing SEO-focused content for websites, blogs, and digital platforms.
• Experience within digital, marketing, gaming, sports betting, financial services, or technology environments would be advantageous.
• Experience creating customer-facing and operational documentation.

A Bonus To Have

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field.

What You’ll Do For The Brand

Technical Content Development

• Develop, write, edit, and maintain technical and operational content for customer-facing and internal channels.
• Translate complex product specifications, technical documentation, processes, and operational information into clear, engaging, and customer-friendly content.
• Develop product messaging that clearly communicates features, benefits, functionality, and value propositions.
• Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, knowledge base articles, help center content, and process documentation.
• Produce promotional and informational content that supports customer engagement and product adoption.
• Ensure all technical content remains accurate, consistent, and adheres to brand standards.

Marketing and Digital Copywriting

• Develop compelling marketing copy for digital campaigns, websites, landing pages, email marketing, display advertising, and promotional materials.
• Create engaging copy for social media platforms, adapting messaging for each channel while maintaining technical accuracy.
• Write educational blog articles, product announcements and thought leadership content.
• Produce launch content supporting new products, features, promotions, and platform enhancements.
• Create customer communications that simplify complex concepts while driving engagement and conversion.

SEO and Content Optimization

• Produce SEO-optimized website copy, blogs, landing pages, and product content.
• Incorporate keyword research and search intent into content development.
• Write effective page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and calls-to-action that improve search visibility.
• Optimize existing content to improve organic performance and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to improve content discoverability and website performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with marketing teams to gain a thorough understanding of product functionality and technical requirements
• Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Operations, Customer Support, UX/UI, Design, and Compliance teams to develop accurate and effective content.
• Gather technical information from subject matter experts and translate it into customer-centric messaging.
• Participate in project discussions and content planning sessions.
• Obtain necessary approvals from key stakeholders before publication.

Content Quality & Governance

• Ensure all published content is accurate, technically correct, grammatically sound, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Ensure content complies with all regulatory, legal and responsible gaming requirements where applicable.
• Maintain content libraries and version control processes.
• Review and update existing content to maintain relevance, consistency, and accuracy.

Customer Experience Enhancement

• Develop educational content that empowers customers to understand and maximize product functionality.
• Analyze customer feedback and support trends to address content gaps.
• Simplify complex processes to improve the customer experience.
• Produce self-service content that improves customer experience and reduces support dependency.

Digital Content Optimization

• Support SEO best practices where applicable.
• Optimize content for digital platforms including websites, mobile applications, customer portals, and self-service channels.
• Work with digital teams to ensure content is effectively presented across platforms.

Key Performance Areas

• Quality and accuracy of published content.
• Timely delivery of content requests and updates.
• SEO performance, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and content engagement.
• Stakeholder satisfaction and collaboration.
• Compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Improvement in customer - Improvement in customer understanding and product adoption.
• Consistency of brand messaging and toneacross all platforms.
