REQUIREMENT:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Manager within a 5 Star hotel essential
- Proven experience managing all Food & Beverage operations
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent guest relations and communication skills
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, stock management, and profitability
- Experience with stock control, purchasing, and supplier management
- Knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene standards
- Computer literate with experience on hospitality POS and PMS systems advantageous
- Professional, hands-on, and service-driven approach
- Own transport advantageous
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage all Food & Beverage operations across the hotel
- Lead, train, and develop the Food & Beverage team
- Ensure exceptional service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Manage budgets, stock control, purchasing, and cost of sales
- Monitor departmental performance and drive profitability
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Handle guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and operating procedures
- R25,000 per month (Negotiable DOE)

- Live-out position
