Maintenance Supervisor (Ref: 105)

Out client is looking for a maintenance supervisor for a large complex near Rondebosch.
The following are requirements for this position:
Must be hands on and skilled in duties such as painting, tiling, carpentry and minor plumbing works
Supervise 2 subordinates
Good people skills as required to interact with residents
Be proactive in identifying matters that need attention and set priorities
Assist with the scheduling of planned maintenance
Obtain quotes for materials and minor works
Must have a driver’s licence as fills in for the driver where necessary
Reports to the Manager
