About the Role
Our client, a highly reputable and expanding retail chain, is seeking a seasoned and strategic Store Operations Manager to oversee operations at their flagship store in Randburg .
This senior leadership position is instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the store, driving operational excellence, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 4 years in a store management or operations leadership role.
Demonstrated success in managing large retail operations and driving profitability.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business demands.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
