Operations Manager

You will be responsible for managing the full branch operations function, including warehouse, logistics, dispatch, and customer support , ensuring seamless execution and high service delivery standards.
This is not a purely administrative role — it requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, manage teams, and maintain operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations , including receiving, dispatch, and stock control
• Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock management and regular stocktakes
• Manage and lead dispatch teams, drivers, and operational staff
• Monitor and improve logistics performance and on-time delivery
• Oversee the customer collection area , ensuring a smooth and professional experience
• Drive operational efficiency, safety, and housekeeping standards
• Maintain control over basic financial and operational processes

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations management
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of stock control systems and operational processes
• Experience within distribution, warehouse, or branch operations environments
• Solid organisational and problem-solving capability
