Assistant Branch Manager - Tzaneen - Hardware Retail

Are you ready to step into a leadership role where your retail experience truly counts? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join a fast-paced, well-established retail team in Tzaneen. This is not a training role. We need someone who’s done the hard yards, knows how to run a store, and is ready to hit the ground running. What you bring to the table:

• A minimum of 6 solid years’ experience in retail management (this is non-negotiable – we need a seasoned pro)
• Hardware retail experience is highly advantageous
• Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
• Experience in managing stock, motivating teams, and driving store performance
• An energetic, reliable attitude and a passion for customer service
• The ability to support the Branch Manager and step in without missing a beat when needed
