INTERIOR DESIGN LECTURER

Potchefstroom Academy is looking for a creative and experienced interior designer who is passionate about inspiring students and shaping the next generation of design professionals.
The role
- Present practical, industry-relevant modules within the Diploma in Interior Design and the Décor and Design Certificate.
- Guide, support and mentor students throughout their studies.
- Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching practices.
- Collaborate with a creative and supportive academic team.
Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Interior Design.
- Relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of interior design theory and practice.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for teaching, creativity and student development.
The following would be advantageous
- Previous teaching or training experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe software.
- The ability to communicate in Afrikaans.
