New Restaurant in Bryanston is looking for a front of house manager. Must have experience in a busy Restaurant environment with extensive knowledge of Restaurant floor management. Candidates with 4+ years management experience in a sit-down Restaurants will be considered. Must have strong communications skills with the ability to manage a busy front of house Restaurant operation. Applicants must be well spoken and must have exceptional customer relations skills. All references must be contactable. Experience with Restaurant administration & cash-ups essential. Duties will include staff management, stock control, opening & closing procedures. Looking for someone who works well in a team. Applicants must be ambitious, self-motivated, and energetic. Salary R 10 15 K depending on experience. Quote Reference RA02 when applying.
