KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Capture network infrastructure data from as-built drawings, maps, PDFs, engineering records, and source documentation.
Convert physical records into GIS-ready digital records.
Populate GIS databases with route, premise, asset, and network infrastructure information.
Ensure all data capture activities comply with established GIS standards and business rules.
Maintain document control and traceability of source records.
Verify captured records against source documentation.
Identify and correct data discrepancies.
Conduct quality checks prior to submission.
Escalate incomplete or conflicting information.
Participate in quality assurance reviews.
Update GIS platforms with newly digitized records.
Maintain network asset attributes.
Support premise alignment activities.
Assist with network record correction projects.
Support database cleansing initiatives.
Maintain daily productivity statistics.
Submit weekly progress reports.
Track digitization volumes and performance metrics.
Report data quality issues and trends.
Support planners and GIS resources with record validation.
Participate in process improvement initiatives.
Share best practices with team members.
Assist with onboarding and training of new resources where required
