- Provide friendly first and second-line technical support to all office and factory staff.
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and office network printers.
- Fix Microsoft Windows operating system errors and manage user profiles in Office 365.
- Troubleshoot local area network, Wi-Fi connectivity, and basic internet routing issues.
- Manage the internal IT helpdesk system by logging and resolving technical tickets quickly.
- Configure secure corporate virtual private network connections for remote staff members.
- Keep all computer systems safe by managing routine backups and anti-virus updates.
- Create simple guide documents and maintain an accurate inventory list of IT equipment. What You Need to Apply
- A minimum of two years of practical IT support experience.
- Good experience fixing computer hardware defects and corporate software faults.
- Basic experience managing user accounts within Microsoft Active Directory.
- A strong, positive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn new technologies.
