Vision To be the most respected construction materials and industrial minerals supplier in Africa.Minimum Qualifications / Experience Education: Grade 12 and relevant HSE certifications (e.g., SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, COMSOC or OSHA). Experience: Excellent knowledge of mining/construction compliance and regulatory frameworks. Strong understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and Mine Health and Safety Act. Proven ability to manage safety files and implement safe working procedures. Resilient, organized, and capable of maintaining a strong safety presence on-site Must have a valid driver's license Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kathu/surrounding Northern Cape areas. Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to): Compliance & Administration: Complete and maintain comprehensive site safety files to satisfy both employer and client requirements. Risk Management: Conduct routine inspections, audits, and hazard identifications to prevent occupational accidents. Training & Communication: Facilitate toolbox talks, safety meetings, and deliver ongoing health and safety training to all site personnel. Incident Reporting: Track and report on key safety KPIs, conduct incident investigations, and implement corrective actions. Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or output Closing Date: 31 July 2026
