- Manage and optimise server, virtualization, storage, network and security infrastructure
- Ensure high availability, performance and resilience across all infrastructure platforms
- Oversee SAN storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Design and maintain LAN/WAN networks, firewalls and security controls
- Lead and mentor the infrastructure team, providing technical guidance and support
- Manage vendors, contract and infrastructure-related budget
- Govern infrastructure changes through effective risk and change management processes.
- Monitor and report on infrastructure performance, capacity and ancidents to senior management
Job Experience and skill required
- Min 10 years hands on experience in Enterprise IT infrastructure
- Relevant qualifications in IT
- Experience in server administration and hypervisor / virtualisation technologies, SAN and enterprise storage systems, Networking, Firewalls and network security management, Backup and disaster recovery solutions and Enterprise Antivirus Solutions.
- Experience leading a team
