- LLB Degree
- Admitted Attorney with at least 2 years' post-admission experience
- Experience in Employment and Labour Law
- Strong litigation experience
- Exposure to Administrative Law will be advantageous
- Excellent drafting skills, including pleadings, affidavits and heads of argument
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Manage employment and labour law litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, heads of argument and legal correspondence
- Appear in court and relevant tribunals where required
- Provide legal advice and opinions to clients
- Manage matters from inception to finalisation
