Instructional Designer

Are you passionate about creating engaging digital learning experiences that drive performance and knowledge transfer? We are looking for an experienced Instructional Designer to join a dynamic Learning & Development team and play a key role in designing innovative learning solutions.

? Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging digital learning content and instructional materials
Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Develop e-learning solutions using content authoring tools
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to identify learning needs
Manage and maintain learning content within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Conduct quality assurance reviews on learning materials
Improve learning content using learner feedback, analytics, and best practices
Support digital learning initiatives and emerging learning technologies

? Requirements
? Minimum 5 years' experience in Instructional Design, Digital Learning, Learning Content Development, or a related field
? Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and digital learning practices
? Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
? Proven experience using e-learning authoring and content development tools
? Sound understanding of ADDIE and other instructional design frameworks
? Experience conducting quality assurance reviews of learning content

? Advantageous Experience
? Exposure to technical, engineering, manufacturing, mining, energy, petrochemical, or other specialised operational environments
