The opportunity
365 Digital is looking for a go-getter, independent and performance-driven paid Media Manager / Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of paid digital campaigns from briefing and setup through to optimisation, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
This role is suited to someone who is confident working with campaign data, comfortable managing clients and internal stakeholders, and able to manage multiple campaigns across a portfolio of key accounts in a fast-paced digital media environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full paid media campaign lifecycle, including planning, technical setup, optimisation, performance monitoring, reporting and post-campaign analysis.
- Translate client briefs into effective campaign strategies and ensure campaigns are set up in line with platform best practice.
- Conduct pre-flight checks, monitor campaign pacing and revenue tracking, and proactively troubleshoot delivery or performance issues.
- Prepare clear, insight-led campaign reports, including monthly campaign reports and quarterly business reviews where required.
- Maintain proactive client communication and provide recommendations that support campaign performance, account growth and client retention.
- Stay informed on platform updates, digital trends and product innovation to support relevant, effective and high-performing campaign solutions.

REQUIREMENTS
Key requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in paid media campaign management.
- Strong understanding of the paid media landscape, performance marketing and measurable campaign metrics.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as TikTok for Business, Google Analytics, Google Ads, DV360, Meta/Facebook Business Manager, Twitter/X for Business, Snapchat or similar digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate performance results into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Proactive, accountable and commercially aware, with the confidence to work independently and follow through without constant supervision.
- Collaborative team player with creative and strategic thinking, enthusiasm for digital media and a passion for delivering measurable results.
