Salesforce Developer - Agentforce & AI Solutions

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and optimise Salesforce Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows, and intelligent automation.
- Build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and platform technologies.
- Develop AI-driven Customer Service and Membership solutions using Salesforce AI capabilities, Einstein, Agentforce, and Data Cloud integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, define, refine, and prioritise AI and Agentforce use cases.
- Support scalable, secure, maintainable solution designs aligned with Salesforce best practices, enterprise architecture, governance, and AI frameworks.
- Support integrations between Salesforce, Data Cloud, AI services, and external platforms while maintaining data consistency, security, and performance.
- Develop and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Monitor and optimise Salesforce platform and AI solution performance, reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
- Contribute to Salesforce AI strategy, innovation opportunities, continuous learning, and improved customer and operational experiences.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Salesforce development roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and Salesforce platform development.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, including Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
- Knowledge and experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, Einstein, and intelligent automation.
- Understanding of AI concepts, conversational AI, automation workflows, and customer service technologies.
- Experience defining and refining technical requirements and use cases with business stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models, data governance, and platform best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling, source control, Salesforce DX, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, customer service or membership solutions, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, conversational AI, other AI technologies, machine learning concepts, enterprise AI platforms, Salesforce Administration, and additional Salesforce certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and experience working in a Salesforce Centre of Excellence environment.
