The role sits within a collaborative BI team responsible for delivering insights across a diverse group of stakeholders, from operational teams to senior leadership. You’ll be exposed to a wide range of datasets and business challenges, giving you the opportunity to build end-to-end analytical capability.
Responsibilities:- Analyse business and client data to generate meaningful, actionable insights
- Build, develop, and optimise reports and visual dashboards using modern BI tools
- Gather, clean, transform, and interpret data across the full data lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and define data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy across reporting outputs
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency through data insights
- Honours Level Qualification
- 3–4 years’ experience in a BI / data analyst role
- Strong experience working with SQL Server, including queries and stored procedures
- Experience building reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Experience working with relational databases and data modelling
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into business insight
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and data quality mindset
- Must be curious, questioning, and insight-driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
- Ability to balance speed with accuracy and quality
