Job Description:
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with a practical, hands-on approach
- Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Logical problem-solving ability with strong attention to detail
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate, with MES and SAP experience advantageous
- Flexible and committed, with a willingness to provide standby support when required
- 3–5 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Experience diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable using computerised maintenance and production systems
- Willingness to work standby when required
- Millwright or Electrical Trade Test
- Valid driver's licence
