A cleaning contractor in Prospecton needs dependable cleaners for a shopping centre. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.
This post is in Prospecton (KwaZulu-Natal). Please only apply if you can travel there daily.
What your day looks like
- Run a scrubber-dryer machine on large tiled areas
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard floors following the daily cleaning schedule
- Clean glass doors and internal windows without streaks
- Wipe desks, door handles, lift buttons and light switches
- Empty bins and take waste to the correct recycling or general skip
- Set up and clear boardrooms before and after meetings
Must-haves
- You take pride in a job done properly, even when nobody checks
- Comfortable using cleaning chemicals safely with gloves
- Able to start early, often 05:00 or 06:00
- Able to stand, bend and walk for a full shift
- Clean criminal record for most corporate sites
- Honest, because you work around laptops and personal items
Extra points for
- Chemical handling training from a supplier or contractor
- Training on a floor polisher or scrubber machine
