Sales Representative - Industrial & Specialty

Your areas of responsibility

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within specific Industrial & Specialty Segments
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Conduct regular visits, meetings, and presentations to understand customer requirements and promote lubricant products.
• Promote the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of FUCHS industrial and specialty lubricants to customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate customers on proper product usage and application
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.

Qualifications and Skills we are looking for

• A minimum of a Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• A Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Business studies would be advantageous.
• Growth-oriented with a strong desire to exceed sales goals and targets.
• High personal drive and motivation, along with exceptional time management skills
• Ability to prioritise daily tasks within a larger list of priorities, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid driver's license
• At least five years of sales experience in industrial consumable products, with a preference for experience in the Lubricants, Chemicals, Metal Processing, and Food industries
