Our client is looking for a Factory Supervisor to join their team in East London.
The successful candidate would of had experience managing staff within a factory/warehouse environment.
- Ensure quality control within the factory
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Strong leadership experience
- Manage workflows efficiently
- Control factory consumables
- Attention to tidiness and overall factory neatness
- Ensure all company rules and regulations are met
- Management of staff within the factory
