Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and exceeded at all times.

RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a retail environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in coaching and developing staff.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in retail point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
Knowledge of merchandising principles and visual display techniques.
Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
