Criteria:
- Previous waiting experience, preferably within an upmarket restaurant, hotel, lodge or wine estate
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Well presented, friendly and professional
- Able to work efficiently under pressure
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Proficient in hospitality Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
