Customer Service Agent - Logistics Industry

Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For

- Provide clients with feedback and updates via their ticketing system (primary) and Outlook email.
- Use WhatsApp to manage internal and client communication groups, an important part of how the client operates.
- Book collections and delivery appointments, and manage pre-alerts.
- Follow up on deliveries and appointment bookings to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Work with your Team Leader to escalate queries where needed and ensure service excellence.
- Liaise with internal and external ops teams to feed accurate updates back to customers.
- Perform daily checks on outstanding queries and follow up through internal systems.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service and hands-on problem-solving.
- Ability to think outside the box to find solutions for clients.
- Comfortable working across multiple communication channels (ticketing system, email, WhatsApp).
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Experience with a parcel/freight management system is an advantage.
