Merchant West invites 10 ambitious individuals to join the ARISE Programme, a full-time, permanent opportunity across Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban designed to accelerate your career in lending.
You'll rotate through credit analysis, operations, legal and compliance, with a view to becoming a Portfolio Manager.No prior work experience is required; a commerce degree is preferred.
You will build strong client relationships, develop financial solutions, and collaborate across teams
