Paper Solutions Sales & Relationship Executive

Role Overview
An old-school, road-based sales role for a driven, self-managing hunter. The successful candidate will split their week between client-facing fieldwork and in-office collaboration — typically 3 days on the road meeting clients and sourcing new business, and 2 days in the office connecting with the team and handling sales admin.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Call on existing clients to maintain and strengthen relationships
• Drive business development of new clients within target industries
• Conduct targeted client visits across relevant industry sectors
• Attend networking events as required to build pipeline and industry presence
• Assist with the onboarding of new clients
• Check in with clients regarding service delivery, orders, and general satisfaction
• Maintain and build long-term client relationships
• Update the CRM regularly and accurately
• Work alongside the team to grow the business collaboratively
• Achieve and track progress against monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and submit call reports, sales pipelines, and forecasts
• Identify and follow up on leads and referrals from existing clients
• Keep abreast of industry, market, and competitor developments
• Handle and resolve client queries or complaints, escalating where necessary
• Represent the company professionally at all times when out in the field
Working Structure
• 3 days per week: on the road — client visits, new business calls, networking
• 2 days per week: in office — team collaboration, CRM updates, admin, planning (flexibility around 1 day in office and day work from home)
Candidate Requirements
• Proven prior sales experience, preferably within the paper or packaging industry
• A genuine “hunter” — hungry for a sale and motivated by commission
• Able to provide evidence of past sales figures and business development successes
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s licence
